I've been focusing on the Talent Acquisition and talent search market in the IT arena for over 14 years including building and leading geographically dispersed high performing Talent Acquisition teams.

My recruiting philosophy is fairly simple and has 4 components

Customer Service…Continually improve your level of personal customer service and how well you manage them will directly impact your level of success as a recruiter.

Professionalism…Treat your Customers and Consultants with the level of professionalism you would like to be treated. If you are having a bad day in showing up professionalism, take a break and you would be surprised what wonders a short break can do.

Relationship Development… A recruiter is nowhere without good relationships. You can continually improve your relationships by providing excellent customer service; it will be remembered and appreciated longer than you may think. They will recognize you as a professional who can be trusted. Do little things to show your appreciation for any help or information you’ve received from them.

Personal Growth…Continually seek knowledge and professional self-improvement. The more knowledgeable you are, the more help you can provide to others.
